This Spanish diablo chicken dish was a hit with me and my husband who love spicy food. The recipe tastes similar to Buffalo wings, but without all the calories. The relic chicken can be chopped and served more than salad greens too.

The ingredient of Chicken Diablo

  1. u00bd cup hot pepper sauce
  2. 1 cup shortened fat biting cream
  3. u00bd cup ketchup
  4. u00bc cup honey
  5. u00bc teaspoon paprika
  6. u00bc teaspoon cumin
  7. 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  8. u00bc cup vegetable oil
  9. 2 cloves garlic, minced

The instruction how to make Chicken Diablo

  1. In a medium bowl, mixture combination together the hot pepper sauce, biting cream, ketchup, and honey until smooth. Season with paprika and cumin. Set aside half of the sauce for serving later, then place chicken breasts in the permanent sauce to marinate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on top of higher than medium heat. build up garlic and cook until fragrant. Place chicken breasts coated next marinade into the skillet, and cook until nicely browned in this area each side and cooked through, very nearly 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, bring reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon cooked sauce more than chicken breasts.
